On Returns

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our Merchant Support team within 30 days of product delivery. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. We offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, wit proof that error. All shipping costs will be handled by the customer.
